Isu Semasa: Harga Minyak Mulai Mei 2010 ...Adakah Anda Prihatin ???

Salam ........isu ni buat semua org tertanya tanya .....

Adakah rakyat yang memilih cc yang lebih besar mempunyai banyak WANG ???? kenapa tidak memilih untuk klasifikasikan mengikut HARGA kereta????

kalau compare BMW 2000cc dengan Chery Eastar 2400cc ......sapa lebih kaya ???
aku masih tak nampak RELEVANNYA ...harga minyak ngan keupayaan engin ( engine capacity ) untuk menentukan kita ni layak dapat harga petrol murah ke tak .....

Tolong kasi aku faham ....bincangkan ......

KUALA LUMPUR: Pelaksanaan sistem dua harga minyak berbeza kepada rakyat dan bukan warganegara tidak akan menyelesaikan masalah penjualan bahan api itu kepada rakyat asing.

Penganalisis ekonomi, Encik Haim Hilman, sebaliknya berkata, kerajaan sepatutnya meningkatkan penguatkuasaan dan kawalan di pintu masuk sempadan bagi mengurangkan jualan minyak kepada warganegara asing.

Jelasnya, masalah penjualan bahan api itu kepada warganegara asing tidak berlaku di seluruh negara sebaliknya ia banyak berlaku di kawasan sempadan.

'Malah, terdapat juga sindiket warganegara asing yang menggunakan orang tempatan untuk membeli minyak.

'Oleh itu, kita mesti memperketatkan undang-undang dan kawalan di sempadan untuk mengenal pasti kenderaan yang didapati membeli minyak melebihi daripada yang dibenarkan,' katanya ketika dihubungi kelmarin.

Beliau mengulas mengenai pengumuman Menteri Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, mengenai langkah kerajaan melaksanakan mekanisme dua harga minyak yang berbeza untuk rakyat dan warganegara asing.

Kerajaan akan melaksanakan mekanisme baru subsidi petrol dan diesel yang menetapkan harga berbeza mulai Mei tahun depan.

Encik Haim berkata, mungkin tiada negara atau hanya segelintir negara di dunia yang memperkenalkan sistem dua harga minyak berbeza ini.

Menurutnya, langkah kerajaan memperkenalkan sistem itu tidak akan dapat menyelesaikan masalah sebaliknya mengundang persepsi negatif negara jiran terhadap Malaysia.

'Pengenalan mekanisme baru ini menunjukkan unsur diskriminasi dan ia bukan merupakan satu langkah yang bijak.

'Malaysia sering melaungkan kebebasan perdagangan dan pengenalan dua harga minyak berbeza ini menunjukkan tindakan yang tidak mencerminkan unsur keterbukaan,' katanya. -- Utusan Malaysia.

1.6cc keatas kene subsidi utk 100 atau 200 liter yg pertama. lepas tu tak de subsidi.
satu nama pada IC, dan satu kete boleh dapat subsidi. kete lain no subsidi.
so far itu yg aku dengar le.

hu hu ....100 ke 200 liter tu equivalent RM 180 dan RM 360 worth of petrol if we take our current petrol price at RM 1.80 a liter ....at least dia bagi satu kete dapat subsidi kira orait la.......at least satu CE 2.4 lagi satu kete cc kecil.....lagipun average aku pakai petrol untuk CE hanyalah RM 200 ke RM 250 sebulan ......weekend drive....tapi kalau time balik kampung ....berdesup la.......

tapi isu yang pembahagian subsidi ikut c.c. kete ni camna pulak ????tadi aku dengar kat berita jam 8pm....

Adakala kita beli keta tak kira keta apepun ikut kemampuan masing2 , Adakala nak beli keta kecil tapi tak dapat loan bank heran juga beli CE bank approve ,
adakala kita beli kerana jatuh hati kat CE tak peduli CC nya . Adakala kita beli kerana cc besar harga kecil ikut kemampuan , Tapi akhirnya terasa kita terjebak .
Oleh kerana dah beli lanyak ajerlah dah bayar hantaran dan disahkan ..
Dari itu tak usahlah mengeluh dengan KERENA CE .. Selagi ada Forum CEC semangat CE akan kekal ... HIDUP CE HIDUP CEC...

kita dah pakai 2.4L.so apa pun kita harung je le.naqk buat cmne...........apa pun kwn akan usul kan pekara ni di kabinet...........

sekejap itu..sekejap ini..letih rakyat memikirkannya..kadang2 rindu juga kat Dr mahathir...

dari apa yg aku lihat, sistem ni memang nak install sebelum najib jadi PM kerana MUNGKIN vendor yg dilantik ni adalah semasa zaman Pak Lah. Jadi sistem ni di teruskan saja mungkin kerana najib punya package masa nak naik PM kot. ini andaian saja. tp kalau utk produk jimat minyak aku dah try "myoil".. jeng jeng jeng.. sape nak beli?

PETALING JAYA: The bigger your car, the more you will have to pay for petrol from May 1.

This is because the Government is going to change the way fuel is subsidised.

It is planning for a fuel pricing mechanism that will ensure only targeted groups, particularly those from the lower-income, will receive fuel subsidy.

Also, foreigners who drive into the country to fill up their tanks will not be eligible for subsidy and will have to pay more for fuel.

“The bigger the engine, the higher petrol will cost,” Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said yesterday.

The move was based on the assumption that those in the lower income group would normally drive a car with a lower engine capacity and thus be eligible for the subsidy, he said.

“For RON95 petrol, the subsidy is 30 sen per litre. The current price of RON95 petrol is RM1.80 compared with the actual price of RM2.10.

“Malaysians who are not eligible are those who drive a higher engine capacity car or non-Malaysians. They will have to pay RM2.10 or more for RON95,” he told a press conference after launching the new corporate identity of the F&N soft drinks division here yesterday.

Besides introducing the new structure, the ministry also plans to make the use of MyKad compulsory when buying petrol.

“There are some Thai nationals who drive into Malaysia to fill up their tank because petrol is such an expensive commodity in their country,” he said.

In Muar. Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the Government was in the final stages of drafting a policy on the fuel subsidy which will be a “win-win situation” for both the Government and the people.

He said that the new policy would identify people who were eligible for subsidy.

Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin had previously broached the subject about giving petrol subsidy to the right people. He said the subsidy must reach only the people who needed it most and giving subsidy across the board was a misallocation of funds.

On the subsidies for flour, sugar and gas, Ismail said they would be retained.

“Although the price for sugar has been increased by 20 sen, the Government is still providing subsidy for the commodity,” he said.

Ismail food outlet operators should not take advantage of the increase in sugar price to mark up the price of their products.

“Food outlet operators should not regard this as an opportunity to raise prices,” he said.

PETALING JAYA: Petrol subsidies should be removed gradually and the quantum of the increase in pump prices should not be too big, Fomca secretary-general Muhammad Shaani Abdullah said.

He also suggested that the Government allow a monthly quota of 200 litres of petrol for each motorist regardless of the car engine capacity.

“Make them pay the non-subsidised price only if they use more than 200 litres a month. This will let people know the true cost of petrol.

“The increase in petrol prices should be by a few sen and it must be done slowly so as not to burden the people,” he said.

Muhammad Shaani explained that if petrol price was to be determined by engine capacity, it did not necessary mean that the subsidy would reach the poor.

“Having too many variables in a system would open it to abuses. How is the Government going to implement such a system? You want a simple system and not a complicated one.

Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin welcomed the Government’s move to ensure that fuel subsidies be enjoyed by those who deserve it.

“The subsidies should be made available to motorcyclists or people who drive Proton Sagas and Kancils,” he said.

Malaysian Automotive Association president Datuk Aishah Ahmad said a thorough study on the fuel subsidy mechanism should be made to avoid any glitches.

“The most important thing is to be fair to all parties, regardless of whether one drives a luxury car or otherwise,” she said.
